Google Ads Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid search campaigns for US/UK. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of managing advertising budgets to drive conversions and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This is a full-time, work-from-office position offering a salary range of ₹30k–₹50k per month.

Location: Vivek Khand 2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Timing- 01:00 PM- 10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks for US/UK projects.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and improves click-through rates.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, performing A/B testing and adjusting bids to optimize performance.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong background in performance marketing and digital advertising strategy.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into marketing strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to report findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is highly preferred.
